Bootloader ->"Friendlyware P.C. Arcade" 1983 version

It seems to load, but no response when it asks for Color Monitor (Y/N) I cannot seem to get past that. If you hit F1 it does bring up the "I am working not playing games spreadsheet"

Thoughts?

I have tested the following
DOSBOX version .72(DBGL(0.67)) on a G5 Imac (10.5)
Intel Mac Mini (10.6.2) Dosbox .73 (as well as .72)
As well as I installed VirtualBOX(Sun) and installed Windows XP+SP2 and tried Windows DBGL with the same results.

I have tried unclicked "use scancodes" doesn't seem to make a difference.

Help please. I think this is the last big title (for me) for the early 80's ( I can play it on my original pc but it is in storage. 🙁 )

Try a CVS version of DOSBox.

If you cannot do that then you can modify the image of the game:

This game does not properly chain INT 9 if the BIOS handler's segment is not 0xF000; DOSBox's handler being in the 0xF100 segment (along with others). I guess the 0xF000 segment would have been used most of the time by BIOSes in PCs of the era, but I don't know why the game chooses to be picky about it. If you hack the disk image to change the bytes at offsets 0x63C7 and 0x6416 from 0xF0 to 0xF1, it works correctly in DOSBox.
