Hello altogether!

I use DosBox Version 0.72 and Panzer General was running fine for the first three campaign missions now. But from one turn to another the display of the units is totally distorted. So that I am no more able to play any further. I have no idea what could have caused an issue like this.
I saved afterwards and tried to reload several times, changed from fullscreen to windowed screen, but nothing seemed to help.

Has anyone experienved something like that and has some advice for me?

P.S.: I am not sure which version of PG that is. I found a patch 1.02 for the DOS Version but it requires a pg.exe, which I don't have (in my directory it's only Panzer.exe or pg.bat)..

I tried the 0.74 Version, same problem so far. If no one knows a solution I will try to load an old save game and hope, that it's a rare in-game-bug and has nothing to do with dosbox itself.

i think you should enclose a savegame from the moment before the problem appears and tell how to reproduce the problem.

I can't reproduce the problem with the distorted screen because I don't have a savegame for that mission. I try to enclose a screenshot herein so you can see what it looks like.

I started the third mission over again and unfortunately again have a plot-stopping bug. After hitting the Turn End button the screen freezes on one of the enemies units and I can only quit via the task manager, save game enclosed.

I learned to love this game, but if something like this happens over and over again, it's just frustrating.
Is that game widely known for bugs like this?

Here is the save game. Hitting the turn end button produces a freeze on my machine. Already tried several versions of PG (from abandonia and other sources to be sure that it's not some kind of sourcefile error)
