So, I've been trying to get Apocalypse working properly for almost a day now, and am getting close to it, but am having some frustrating problems that keep it from working perfectly;

First of all, I'm running a DosBox 0.74 on a Mac (OS 10.6.3). After extensive trial and tribulation, I was able to make an ISO of the Apocalypse game disk, place it in my dosgames folder (under Users) and get the game to install. It worked beautifully, with full sound and perfect performance, including videos. I was delighted, of course, but here's the catch; as soon as I quit dosbox and tried to launch Xcom Apocalypse a second time, it refused to launch past C prompt. I reinstalled the game and tried it again, and it did the same thing; specifically once the game installed and performed the sound setup, it went to C prompt, from there I launched Xcom (worked great), quit and restarted dosbox, all of a sudden Xcom didn't work.

Technically, I could play the game by reinstalling it every single time I go to play it, and just manually copy my saves between installs, however this is a far from ideal solution... I have been searching for an answer and could find nothing, and this seemed like one of the best places to ask for help. I'd be very grateful for any assistance.

Shlim, are you mounting both your ISO (imgmount) _and_ your virtual C drive? In other words, make sure you're using the exact same mounts.

Ahhhh... That seems to have been my exact problem. Thank you very much for your help.
