Hey there, I've recently been sorting out things me and my family stored in storage before we renovated our home, and i've just come across my old dungeonkeeper gold disk, and i'd love to be able to get to play it again,

i've followed the guide from

http://www.dosbox.com/wiki/Basic_Setup_and_In … ation_of_DosBox

and everything went fine right up until it came to launching the game.... where i got the pleasent, and not highly annoying message of

'This program cannot be run in DOS mode'

And i know this is complete tripe, so does anyone know how i could rectify this?

my windows 7 is 32-bit and i'm running as of date the current dosbox.

any help would be more than greatly appritiated.

I did indeed,

'This program cannot be run in DOS mode'

And i know for sure that it can ca'cause how the hell was it ran otherwise?

I mean the game DOES play, but theres quite alot of graphical errors, like what happened when you put a magnet next to a ctr monitor, i can't be a pleb right?

ACtually, its best that its installed via dosbox, as any other way does leave graphical errors, if you do have dungeon keeper gold heres a video that you should follow as its whats sorted me out.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bpMUWs0-7BY

its counterpart can be found in the description,

yes the video may show how you install the game from original dungeon keeper and then the disk from deeper dungeons, and you'll be going where the fuck is the deeperdungeon install file? well its in

Keeper\DOSSETUP

and its named DDINST.
