Hi, I'm pretty much a noob with these sorts of things, so please bear with me.
I'm attempting to install the 7th Guest on my laptop through DOSBox. Here are some of my specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
Dell Studio 1458
Intel Core i3 CPU M 330 @ 2.13GHz
2.86 GB usable RAM
Intel HD Graphics
Intel Display Audio
DOSBox 0.74
I believe its the 1993 version of the game, though the back of the case reads (C) 1997. It appears to be some sort of "White Label" discount rerelease or something. But the disc reads (C) 1993.
This is what I do:
Insert Disc 2
MOUNT D D:\ -t cdrom
D:
dir /w
INSTALL.BAT
From there, setup is launched. However, the first screen asks me to select my hard drive, and the only thing available is "Z: local drive." I'm not even sure what that is supposed to be, because I believe my local drive is C:. But that is not an option. Upon selection of Z:, the game informs me there is inadequate space and returns to DOSBox. What should I do?
