XP's command shell doesn't support that in windowed mode, so start a
console window, make that fullscreen and start your program again.

i got your point i have been using the program in that way ... what i did actually was i created an exe to load a load a blue screen which says press alt+enter and enter again to run the program in full screen mode but that doesnt solve the problem i want it to work it like any other program u know... and if anyone can come up with a solution i am willing to pay also
