I have this board and has a 2x4 row PS2 pinout.
I would like some help regarding how to connect the PS2 port in the MOBO.
I tried again some combinations but no luck.

How many pins does the header have? 4? 5? 6? 8?
Recently had a similiar problem with my VL/I-486SV2GX4 but figured it out after a while (with a little aid from google) 😀
The pinout goes like this

My ps2 header from the bracket has red, yellow, green and blue wire.

No idea which color corresponds with which pin there (mine was black, yellow, red and orange I think) ... try to wire it up corresponding to this mspaint powered drawing. That's the way it's done on my mainboard (which is basically the same as if you directly solder a PS/2 jack onto the mainboard) rather than a slotcover with a PS/2 jack.
I will post some pictures now to help you identifying my MOBO pinout. I really want the PS2 port to work.
I know yellow is the 5V and Red is the ground.

You've gotta find out which color corresponds to which signal (or pin on the PS/2 jack) otherwise all other info in this thread is useless 😉
Considering PS/2 jacks aren't rocket science, it should either be visible by eye or you could "beep through" the lines with a multimeter.
