All I did was change two parameters in the dosbox.conf.

1- changed Fullscreen from true to false
2-changed windowresolution from original to 1350x1080
(I'm using a 1920x1080 screen(

Also, make sure to have the XP taskbar set so it vanishes automatically or one can't see the bottom of the Autocad screen. One also should position the screen nearest the top before locking with a mouse click.

It didn't help just to change the fullscreen without changing the windowresolution as well as far as making the mouse work perfect
