Doesn't resemble one of those close enough. None of the PCB's I saw match the one on Ebay.
Of course it looks similar, but many cards of that era looked similar.
I once bought a card I was hoping to be a Voodoo 3, made by STB, but it turned out to be a TNT card, 🤣
