...what can I do?
I got Roketz running on my DosBox-0.74, but it is really slow. Unplayable to be honest. I have heard, you can adjust the Cycles to make it move faster, but I don`t know how. My DosBox is at 3000 Cycles by now, other (older) games worked out well.
Can anyone give me a hint how to fix it?

Use these DOSBox settings:
core=dynamic
cycles=max

wd referred to the readme/manual because the information is in there, and you really should read it before asking questions here.
