that drive is a panasonic if you read the label carefully
anyway, the drivers floppy you have maybe too old and have some compatibility issues anyway... just use the latest thing:

the jumper needs to be set to "0".... which is the very left, closest to the power connector
there is no "master" or "slave" on this drive, it's not IDE!!!
