My guess is that threads like those should be readily available on somekind of 3dfx forum.

It died a short death in 2002 - but was this list comprehensive, or does it need maintenance?

No it was not PowerVR Tailored D3D it was a game bundle just like with Quantum3D Obsidian X24 which also come bundle with Wipeout XL
