Nice, but do you think you can make rawrite/winimage images of those floppies? It'll preserve them better 😀

rawrite/winimage images FTW! 😁
so what's the deal with the SB 1.0 directory that has SB 2.0 drivers inside (according the the readme.txt) ?
Is this normal?

man, you people are never satisfied.... 😜
Personally I don't see the point since you'll get the exact same files with the added disadvantage of having to extract/write the image.
But whatever, I'll see what I can do. Don't hold your breath waiting for them as it was a pain in the arse to copy the 360KB floppies onto 1.44MB floppies, to transfer to my windows machine and upload them... going to take even longer to image them too. Got a few other projects I need to take care of first.
My GameBlaster only came with a single 720kb driver disk and Silpheed in both 3.5" and 5.25" formats...
here is an image of my driverdisk:

Malik's 8-bit driver pack needs a bit cleaning up... I'm too busy with my own personal projects to even care to mess with it and there might be things I casually found that's not in there too
no offense to anyone of course 😀
why don't you dump your files to some upload host so someone else can organize them? 😀
I could spare time for this task 😀
because I dumped all of those files into my download folder that badly needs cleaning up 🤣
Yeah, my 8-bit drivers need cleaning up. It will take some time. Right now, focusing on 3dfx drivers. I'll be back!!
I must be crazy, but anyway here are the mirrors of
keropis gameblaster disk

MaxWar: I am honestly not fond of beer, but if I should get a beverage which is not "hard core" spirits. Then I have nothing against Magners Cider. Or some other good cider, just not Bulmers, that crap gave me the runs for two days, after I drank a pint of that. But I do like carbonated water too 😀
I discovered I do have the floppy discs that came with my CT-1320C !!!!
Here are uploaded for your enjoyment , the archive contains both 360kb 5.25" images and plain files 😀

AWESOME
I really need to get a SB 1.0 or 1.5 . It seems like such a big void in my collection.
Wow! Thanks, Keropi! My disks are exactly the same but there are data errors in it, inspite of me taking care of them properly.
Links updated.
Well I managed to image those CMS disks. Here are all 5 disk images in one zip archive:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/9151127/CMS/CMS-IMAGE.zip
Used raread 1.1 for DOS to make the images, I can read them using Disk Explorer so they appear to be valid. I couldn't get them to work in VFDWIN because it seems to have a problem with 360KB disk images.
I trust this satisfies my contractual obligations.
Important:
I installed the SB1.5 driver disks, and it appears I am missing this disk: "SBTALKER with DR SBAITSO" ... also for some reason the installer did not ask for the "Voice Edit" disk... I don't have that disk unfortunately... 🙁
----
also on a sidenote, are the drivers useless for SB1.5 cards? everything works without any driver, from samples, fm and even the CMS chips work without any driver at all... Is it correct to assume the "driver" disks are only useful when you want run the bundled software or some other music/voice creation one?

Does "Innocent Until Caught" and "Hired Guns" work for you? 😉
I don't know, I'll try them... so far I tried wolf3d, ultima underworld 1+2 , dangerous dave risky rescue, aitd 1+2, pinball fantasies, silpheed, xatax and some more, all worked OK without any driver whatsoever...
edit: 🤣 I found my notes on IUC ...
THIS IS HOW TO GET SOUNDBLASTER WORKING WITH IUC
The game depends on the CT-VOICE.DRV for SB access
(this .drv is part of the SoundBlaster DOS drivers)
It needs the SET SOUND enviroment to be set, so it
knows where to look for an load the sb driver. It
will always look on the \drv\ subdirectory location no matter what.
So how to enable SB sound: Say you have your SB drivers in C:\SB16 directory.
Make there a \DRV\ subdirectory and put there the CT-VOICE.DRV file.
Now on the dos prompt type: SET SOUND=C:\SB16
the game will look for the sb16\drv\CT-VOICE.DRV file,
load it and use SoundBlaster!
so it appears you just need the files at some place... thanks for the tip robertmo 😁
edit2:
What is the sbc-cms.com driver for? I assume it is for some gameblaster software that needs it? (and you have cms chips on your sb1.x card that is...)
