Is your directx up-to-date? Remember to disable Win98/Me Compat. mode for the game exe before running if you enabled it.

In the startup options. With my fix the window is not crippled anymore, so you can disable it under the video options.

Is it in the compatibility mode options? (I dont know because I have the german windows)
well I disablet something that could be that and now it loads untel 2 thirds of the loading bar instead of one quarter.
But stilll the directX error

This is the option menu. You just have to disable Mip Filter.

ther is no setup.exe and if i start tdr2000 It starts the game without showing that menu

There is no setup.exe. You run tdr2000 -s to start the setup.

You can edit the shortcut to the game on the start menu and add the -s in the of the command line.
