How to launch games in windowed mode?

Whenever I launch a game in DOSBox, it always starts in full screen mode. I can then press Alt-Enter to switch to windowed mode, but I want it to start in a window by default. I have tried several different options in the .conf file, but it always starts full screen. Can anyone help me set my conf file to launch games in a window? My conf file is attached.

I feel stupid now. I had fullscreen=false, but in my shortcut itself I had the "-fullscreen" flag which was overriding my conf settings. I'm all set now. Thanks!
