Alt+Enter toggles fullscreen, Alt+Tab will switch to other windows just like with any other Windows app. The DOSBox readme will answer most questions you might have.

The reason I thought something might be wrong was because the window didn't have the maximize box lit up and it was non-functional. Any reason for this? Because its a dos program?
