hello,

i have an DOS game called Rayman installed but it will not run.
the error:

Rayman says fatal error :
File PCMAP\BIGRAY.DAT doesn't belong to Rayman.

System info :
- errno =1

does somebody know the solution? that error CAN'T happen because it comes from a CD-ROM.

Try to reinstall the game.
Check the crc for this file. In my case this file is having crc32 045704bc.

Asus P4P800 SE/Pentium4 3.2E/2 Gb DDR400B,
Radeon HD3850 Agp (Sapphire), Catalyst 14.4 (XpProSp3).
Voodoo2 12 MB SLI, Win2k drivers 1.02.00 (XpProSp3).

i have a few times reinstalled the game without result of solution
but how to check the crc32 of BIGRAY.DAT? i run the game in dosbox where the game was working before
but after the pc was repaired by an computer store i installed dosbox again but the game was not working anymore when i installed
