Ther are no options IN the file on Carmageddon Splat Pack.
Only on Carmageddon.
No seriously: use notepad, or a nicer text editor if you have one.
Make the file have two copies of the section headed "Carmageddon". Edit the heading of one to be "Splat Pack", and change that one's "Executable" line to match the splat pack executable (the 3dfx version).

Nope. The Splat Pack is exactly the same as Carmageddon 'cept it's got shit (like the CD audio, how convenient) cut out.
