Pretty sure I have the same one, the front bezel tends to pop out sometimes but otherwise no issues with it
I would defnately go for a used (or new if available) Mitsumi or Sony (or Teac if available) from ebay.
Unlike any other parts, this is only old hardware that I can almost always find locally, and by the kilo.. 🤣 (generally for about 3-6 USD each)
