Greetings to you fellas - from a newcomer.

Could someone help me by identifying this board, and possibly help with the jumpers? I can't get this hardware to react in any way.

It is indeed a M918 board with FAKE CACHE . So it has no L2 cache. If you run a 5x86 133MHz CPU you still will have a fast system, but the missing cache has a performance impact (expect ~20-30% loss in memory performance). However, real world performance loss is a different story and depending on the game you play.

Greetings
Fabian
