Using GOG's copy of Sid Meier's Pirates! here.

I found, that if I use this DOSBox setting:
machine=tandy

and I launch the game, set the graphics mode to "TANDY-1000," the music is way improved, and the graphics look more or less the same as in EGA mode.

That is, until you see the ocean. It looks like this:

Any way to fix it?
