Hi guys are there any dos programs to cap the rotational speed of plextors just like you can in win with plextools?

I seem to remember switches for PLEXTOR.SYS for a cartridge load 4X scsi, and some cd player that did it on a Pioneer changer? Can't find any reference though...

I used to know what I was doing...
