[EDIT] Correction, seems to be its own thing. Pretty similar though.

Are you going to create a repository for this? Perhaps using a Wiki to include information of the files.
It's on the VogonsDrivers FTP right now.

That's the plan! I thought I mentioned this on the first post or first page. The files are all currently on VogonsDrivers as a stashing place, just in a private non-web-facing area. If you want a current filelisting (more or less) see these posts:
Re: The Wrapper Collection Project
Re: The Wrapper Collection Project
Stage 1 was collaboration to collect files. I think we're just about ready for stage 2, building of site and population with information about the files. I'm hoping more people can help with that part. (collector?). Stage 3 will probably be compiling a lot of things that are src-only and uploading _that_. Stage 4 will probably be setting up auto-builds on active wrapper open-source projects contained inside, and/or setting up sync scripts to mirror things (DxWnd and WineD3D, looking at you)
Things I still need to do:
- post wanted/missing list
- advertise on N64 emu forums to get some of the ancient versions we're still missing
- remove some of the per-game patches
- something else will probably crop up
Was thinking a subdomain off VogonsDrivers would be a good long-term home (if SquallStrife permitted). Web dev. isn't my specialty though. Wiki like editing would be nice though (VogonsDrivers simulates that experience slightly). collector, thoughts?

Yeah, but it's not public-facing. 😀

It has been a while since I have paid any attention to this thread. I did not consider VogonsDrivers since the intent its almost polar opposite of that of the wrapper collection. VogonsDrivers is mostly for drivers of old hardware and the wrappers are for compatibility on new machines. Though I guess VogonsDrivers might also be of use for VMs.

Is there any SGI OpenGL for Windows DLL newer than 1.1.2?
So far I have 1.1.0, 1.1.1, 1.1.2... It's really cool that it supports 8-bit color at a much higher framerate 😀
1.1.0 can be found in an old Cosmo Player (and also that older 1999 CrimeCities Demo)
1.1.1 can be found in the SGI OpenGL for Windows SDK (usually distributed as "opengl2.exe")
1.1.2 can be found in Cosmo Player 2.1 as cosmord11.dll
I think there's some linux binaries of this, but i'm not totally sure.
Any news on this leilei? I decided to give it a try with a few Windows OpenGL demos here which were created in 1997 (and recompiled in 2005):
http://user.xmission.com/~nate/sgi.html
SGI OpenGL 1.1.0 = success
SGI OpenGL 1.1.1 = success
SGI OpenGL 1.1.2 = crash on some binaries.
Did not check that they were even using the opengl32.dll I placed in their folder with Dependency Walker though... although maiden.exe slows down tremendously when using the local opengl32.dll.
Test machine: Dell Inspiron 700m running WinXP. (Obviously not the intended OS, but what I had available...)

I just wanted a free private FTP account to move stuff around on and share with DosFreak and leileilol and other interested parties, I wasn't thinking about whether it fell within its scope! 😁
Thanks to SquallStrife for the space.
[EDIT] 08/11/2014 Update:
\wrappers\Glide\Direct3D\Clide
clide.zip (2.0? earlier than 2.1)
clide2.1.zip
clider2.2.zip
\wrappers\Glide\OpenGL\gl2ide
gl2ideb.zip
and all the MacGlide builds I'd been missing.
Was starting to think I'd lost my mojo 😉

hello just discovered this thread and have found it very interesting but where can one access the magic ftp that contains all the wrappers? I can't find a link anywhere on here.

I am pretty good at finding things. 😀 But yes, see PC Gaming Wiki mentioned above.
