Does a favored or preferred SB32 AWE exists among the various revisions?

I would like to buy one to replace a SB AWE64 Gold that I use in my DOS system. It doesn't have a normal Wave header. I have some daughter boards, such as DB50XG, XR385, SCB-55 that I use on my Diamond Monster Sound MX 300 in WIndows 98. However since that is a PCI card, it's not friendly to access when i run DOS 6.22. I just don't like messing with ISA emulation to pull it off. My system is an i440BX so I'd rather just use the native ISA system instead.
