Galactic Civilizations 2 for OS/2 just arrived in my mailbox. Now I'm torn as to whether I should break the seal and play it or not. 🤣

I know...that's always a dillema for me...for the most part I try not to open a sealed game, especially when there's the good chance I can just find another without the box or case for much cheaper and just use that as my playing copy, but in this case with OS/2 games being so rare, it's tough.
Can you post a picture? I have never seen an OS/2 game package. Is it just the same as any other windows or dos version of the game?

I just picked up a boxed copy of final DOOM and Wolf3D a couple weeks ago...so glad I finally found a copy of these....they just pretty much fell on my lap as part of a lot purchase.

There's another seller on ebay right now who has two copies of the original GalCiv for OS/2, one sealed, one opened slightly damaged package, but wants way too much money for either one.

Very cool...totally worth what you got it for..wish I had a couple of those to go with my copies of OS/2.
I picked up over 70 games at Life Line Bookfest last weekend.
Highlights include Terminal Velocity, Shadow Warrior, Death Rally, AvP2 and Expansion, C&C Renegade, X-Wing vs TIE FIghter Balance of Power, Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure, Sin, GTA Vice City (all jewel-case-only), MYST big box, and Flight Simulator 2004 big box.
Video to come, of course!

Very good score on Mokey Island 2 solarstorm!
Do you have original manuals as well?
Some thrift store finds from yesterday and today...most I already have boxed copies of including Camelot, Heroes V and SW Jedi Knight Academy, but for a few dollars I couldn't pass it up to have a couple extra copies...
I've never seen this version of Dune...it looks like a newer, later windows remade version? I look forward to trying it.
I never pass up a chance to buy a sierra game in it's original box (if it's a decent price of course), no matter how many copies I have.

You will probably be disappointed, like the rest of us Dune fans...
Looks complete to me...awesome haul. All classics. Indiana Jones and all old Lucas arts boxed games are like gold for me 🤣
The Sierra Adventure haul:
(Space Quest 2 still to arrive, and i left out LSL1,2,3 from the picture)
Wing Commander goodness:
(Only missing Special Operations 1)
Random awesome haul:
(Ivan Stewart Off Road arrived today!!)
A couple of arcade classics still on the mail, and there's another one that is quite rare... 😎
Love the Sierra games haul, I really should stop collecting random hardware and get back into the Big box collecting! Looks like everyone except me has a copy of Ironman Super OffRoad!! grr 😀

Tell you the truth i always thought this would be a hard game to get, it was a matter of looking for it almost every day... 😁

Copy of the PC version of Street Fighter II in there, Its kinda rare to see it with the jewel case still.
Good find.
Actually, it's not a game, it's an as-yet unidentified SF2 related music CD, with sheet music in the booklet. Perhaps even cooler than SF2 for PC!!
