I've been running TR 1 with Glidos for about two years now, and just the other day the spinning Glidos logo came back. I' be been told that this happens when I change my pc's configuration or upgrade something, although to my knowledge I haven't done either. The gentleman I spoke with said I just need to request a new unlock key. So I guess this message is for you Paul, if you're out there.

No, I still have the problem. I haven't been able to find an email address for you. That's why I'm posting here and at the Glidos smartgroup. 😀

You should be able to unlock again using the service on the Glidos web site. An account would have been set up when you bought Glidos. If you don't have the password then you can type your email address into the login page, and click the button to have the password sent. It must be the email address that you used with PayPal when you paid.

Thank you, I just did that. For a refresher, how do I enter the unlock code again? And do I need to reinstall Glidos to do it?
