As I was reinstalling this title on my 486 system, I discovered that disk 1 is corrupted (tested on two other systems). Does anyone have this disk or know where to get replacement installation disks for ancient titles?

Best bet is a Google search. I have seen old Origin Systems games available. Shipping is usually under $10. E Bay has it used for varying prices. It is the CD-ROM version. I got it from EB (Electronics Boutique) years ago. Made an image from the disk and fired up D-Fend Reloaded and set up the game. No issues other than the joystick setting needed tinkering with. About a 22Mb image for the CD.

You can just buy it again from GOG.com. Not perfect, but might be an option for you.
