I'm selling Blood and it's add-on, Cryptic Passage, on eBay if anyone is interested:

Apologies if this is considered spam, I just thought some people might want to get hold of an original copy.

i'm actually watching your item right now, but i just bought cryptic passage from another eBayer, and I'm about to get Blood, and then the Plasma Pak from the same seller in the states.

Sorry! If you quoted a lower international shipping rate, I'd be all over that. But £7,50 is just too much to pay for what ought to be a flat, padded envelope. That's about $13 US. By comparison, it costs me about $3-5 to mail a package that weighs less than 13 ounces from the US to the UK.

Was that why you wanted me to retract your bid? Heh, it's not a flat padded envelope, these are two large boxes that have been packed properly with foam chips into a larger box for protection. I don't mess about, and the £7.50 is an accurate cost from Royal Mail as to what a package of this size costs to send. I prepack and preweigh I everything I list to Royal Mail guidelines. Sure, I could bung it in an envelope but I'm sure you'd be the first to complain if it was damaged in transit.

You'd be amazed the amount of stuff I've bought on eBay that's arrived in a padded envelope and has been squashed or broken. You'd want it in good codition right?

Bear in mind also that for some bizarre reason UK is a rip off country and we pay much higher prices for nearly everything than the USA. You guys get it lucky! 😉

I sell on eBay a lot and my postage costs are regularly quoted by buyers as 'very good' because I only charge the actual cost (I never add anything on to make extra money like most sellers). In four years of eBaying, yours was the first comment I have received that it was expensive. I was therefore curious to see how much cheaper the states really is, so I costed my parcel on the USPS website, as if I were sending from USA to UK. The parcel is 722 grams (1 pound 10 ounces) -- the Airmail Parcel Post for this weight package is $20.
