Whoever is responsible for the hosting of this, thanks. It's incredibly difficult to find the original official Windows 7 v1.30 drivers and NOT the Danial_K modified drivers.

Below is some back story on why the official drivers are relevant to me:
Under windows 10 the Danial_K v1.30 modified drivers don't install (Yes I've enabled test mode/disabled driver signing in windows) and the Windows 8 beta drivers are uh, quite buggy (poor sound quality/audio issues). Only the official Windows 7 drivers both install correctly and sound great. So I basically just get the latest Youpax driver software suite and replace the drivers in the suite with the official drivers, that way I get recent versions of Creative software along with the original drivers. The original software applications included with the official v1.30 drivers are uh, quite crash prone even under Windows 7.
