The fact that is it literally saying it's an NT exec. is a small hint that it might very well be a Windows exec.

Just search the inet: There's bound to be a Dos version available somewhere...

Aladdin and Lion King had both separate DOS and Windows versions. The filename lionw.exe with the w at the end indicates that you have the Windows version. As others have said, you will need to find the DOS version to use with DosBox.

Do you use WinXP? If so, run it in 256 color compatibility.

Max01 I have the full version copies of both Lion King & Aladdin for the PC. These games will not work on Windows XP. They only work on Windows 98 or real MS DOS. I haven't tested them out on DOS BOX yet but they will probably work on DOS BOX as well.

Email me if you are interested in trading for these games.

These games are hard to find on the internet.

I remember to have played Aladdin (floppy version) under WinXP, but i am not entirely sure. I will test it later, when i arrive home (i'm at work now).
