Hi,iam new at this Forum. Iam from Germay. I read a long time some Posts in this Forum and now i need help. My English is not so good to speak and write, hearing and reading is a little bit better.
I hope my english is good enough to understand what i mean.
i found no Hardware Topic so i post it on DOS please Transfer it to the right sektion.

I have hear a Miro Crystal 20SV VLB with an S3 964 Chip. The Card was planned for my "High End" 486 VLB System. The VGA Bios Chip was defektive on this Board. I found a VGA Bios for this Card with an BT Ramdac but my Card has a AT&T Ramdac.
Can anyone help me to get the correct file so i get this nice Card to Working? I have a VGA Bios from a Miro Crystal 20SD VLB with an S3 864 on it,but the Cards have the same Ramdac , work it?

Let me be clear, the bios is from a micro crystal 20SD VL card. So maybe i just have mis-read your 20sv
But i will check out my VLB card pile if there is maybe in one.

How do you know that the BIOS is defective and not something else?

I have exact the same card and it won't display anything. Monitor gets the signal but doesn't show anything. Upon inspecting the card there were some bent pins on the 964 chip that were in contact. I put them apart but it still won't show any picture.

Hi, we know that because we have put the bios wrong in the slot and now we cant read it out with an eprommer. It comes only Error. On my Card comes green screen with mistakes in screen. They was 8 Busdriver on it. From this Busdriver was 2 defektive. The Same problem was on my 864er and this card work now with new busdriver.
