Turtle Beach Multisound Classic and Tahiti/Monterey use the same MIDI breakout cable. Sometimes they are sold with cable, and in rare cases you even can buy the cable separately.

From the description of the last lot:

MIDI IN / OUT / THRU cable for Turtle Beach Monterey and Tahiti cards. Also compatible to some other cards.

From Turtle Beach's official site:

The MultiSound Classic has a 9 pin MIDI connector that can be used with
an advanced MIDI interface with MIDI IN, MIDI OUT and MIDI THRU female
connectors for hookup to external synthesizers and MIDI controllers.

So perhaps there's hope to use some other breakout cable, but I don't know which one.

As of Classic's capabilities when it comes to external MIDI - I have no information.

I know about that one, I'm asking about the cable that connects to the board. There is two connectors - one is IDE controller and the second one looks like that midi connector. Check the image.

Oops! I misread you, thought you're speaking of Multisound Classic, not Tropez Classic. My bad.

Anyway, 16-pin connectors are also present on Multisound Classic and Tahiti. Their functions are totally unknown to me. I can only look for that info in my Monterey manual if you want.

That will be great, I have the card without any documentation.

I've checked the manual. Alas, it won't mention that connector at all.

However, there was a pinout scheme of 9-pin MIDI breakout cable for Turtle Beach Multisound Classic/Tahiti, which I post here for the sake of anyone interested.

No the pinout bristlehog posted is for Multisound soundcards (Classic, Monterey, Tahiti etc¨) and Maui only.
For Tropez or Tropez plus use your typical joystick connector as the picture bristlehog posted after.
