I thought for nostalgic reasons i would give out the url for my 286 web server running the infamous eznos2 a variant of nos.

I want to see if it can successfully serve up many request's to the users of these fine forums.

Well, it seems it works as it should.
Good luck with the sale 😀

Has anyone got any good idea's, to what i could do with this old machine?

I want to keep it online and debating if i really want to sell it.

I have legally obtained the source code, and wondered if anyone like to patch the software for the 21st century?

Thanks everyone for visiting the old beast. it has proved very reliable and stable.

This system is being, being replaced with even older machine.

Amstrad ppc640 first ever british laptop! 8086 compatible

the machine will have the following specifications!

External isa expansion board via its 25way and 37 way connectors on rear, they provide an isa bus to latch onto via some 74 series buffers etc.

external isa board status. 80% complete. i do not have the xt syle edge connectors yet from taiwan!

8bit Ethernet isa device, still being built!

2mb EMS isa board. that is now built and verified working. i wired it directly to the isa controller without the xt edge connectors! i could not wait for them! i have dos ems drivers for this.

compact flash isa interface board with xt ide rom.

If anyone needs any of this hardware drop me a private message! minus the laptop! i need that to test my hardware on!
