I also noted that for the 'repacked and cleaned' packages any information is missing what actually has been changed/cleaned.
In earlier times also certain driver versions were marked as "recommended", did you drop this habit?
Maybe you should add a check that a driver can not be put up with an empty description field.

It would take me an age to go through everything myself, obviously.

I don't remember ever personally marking files as recommended, was this something done in Malik's original Creative Drivers thread maybe?
