UPDATE: After perhaps the most intense Googling I've ever done in my entire life, I managed to scrounge up the Toshiba CE Diagnostics I was looking for! They were in a zip file located at http://www.minuszerodegrees.net/manuals/Toshi … ostics_1995.zip.

Because of how bloody difficult it was for me to find these, I have gone ahead and created a couple bootable disk images for future reference in case anyone else looking for these utilities manages to find this posting through Google or other searches. They are located here:

These are MS-DOS 5.0 boot disks with all of the files found in the DIAGS\LOW directory from the "Toshiba_diagnostics_1995" zip file linked above. You can use them to run detailed hardware diagnostics (more advanced than the "TEST", "TEST1" and "TEST3" utilities), perform a low-level hard drive format, and access the BIOS setup. These should work on most (if not all) vintage Toshiba "T-series" portable computers. The contents of both disk images are identical, the only difference is one is formatted for 720KB disks and the other for 1.44MB disks. Note that you MUST use the 720KB image with the T1000, T1100, T1200, T3100(/20) and T3200, as they do not support high-density disks. You can use RAWRITE or other similar disk imaging utilities to write the desired image to the disk.

The following is a complete listing of the disk contents. I am posting this to better help anyone who is attempting to locate these diagnostic utilities by searching for specific file names.

I am in need of the TESTCE3 utility for the Toshiba T3100/T3100/T5100, I cannot find it available for download anywhere. It's used to run more detailed hardware diagnostics beyond what the basic TEST3 utility performs. Would anyone happen to have a copy of this program that they could fire off my way, or an image of the entire Toshiba T3100 technician diagnostic disk?
