I am trying to install ToCA 2 Touring Cars to my PC but everytime I press SETUP.EXE it only shows up in background processes. How do I get into it? I managed to install this game once before by clicking on SETUP.EXE and it worked straight away, I'm not sure why it is only showing in background processes. Please help.

After seeing the thread title i tried to use my psychic powers to uncover the name of the game sadly they didn't work so I decided to try again after reading the first post and low and behold I had a vision of TOCA 2.
Upon discovering the problem was windows related I turned to my psychic powers to discover the version of windows the user was running but once again the magic deserted me.
Hopefully if I have a rest then I may be blessed with another vision and I will be able to help the poster.

I don't know if it might be the same problem, but the LSL7 Windows installer would hang without painting the window on launch on XP and higher. There was a tool someone made to force a window of selected processes. Once the installer window was forced it would proceed as normal. I doubt it will work, but it may be worth a try. http://sierrahelp.com/Utilities/Misc/SierraSetupUtility.html
