you could start by asking your question in a more mature manner (e.g. less "!!!????" and a "why ????????" on the end).
As the way you ask your question is quite irritating to people who regularly read these forums.
To answer your question we need more information (as noted in the guidelines):
1. Please tell us the exact commands you typed.
2 try typing dir in dosbox and posting the results here. (this way we can see if that folder exists in the first place.
Thank you.

hahahahaha, if you whine about 2 ! and ? you really have problems 😦
and maybe i hold down the button too long by mistake, and kinda desperate after a couple hours of trying to get fix it....
and the commands is those in the faq Basic Setup and Installation of DosBox
Z:\ mount C C:\oldgames (that folder exists)
Z:\ C:
C:\cd CloseCombatIV (exact folder name)
Unable to change to: CloseCombatIV
You want a screenshot?
DOS names can have only up to to 8 (name) plus 3 (extension) characters.
CloseCombatIV is nonsense (too long).

Anyway. It helped as you typed the commands you entered in dosbox and the error is clearr
in the last step change it to
