Here are next several photos of Omni Labs AudioMaster.
The box inside consists of two styrofoam blocks isolated by carton. One half holds the soundcard and the book, the other contains diskettes, microphone and mini-jack-to-RCA cable.

The cable is el-cheapo by today standards.

The mic is either. However, it's clean and seemingly wasn't used at all.

There are four diskettes that wasn't even opened, while the card definitely was.

The book (dated 1992) only contains info on bundled software. I haven't found any soundcard installation and usage info.

The soundcard shows little signs of usage. It has connectors for the RAM daughterboard and, seemingly, OPL2 daughterboard (the big connector to the right). It's large but still not a full-length ISA card and is configured by jumpers.

Note the 'V&V Systems' logo on the backside. The FCC ID also belongs to V&V Systems Taiwan Co Ltd. These boards were seemingly manufactured by V&V for Omni Labs.
