Hi!

well vdmsound was the only thing that let me play Wincommander3
with acceptable performance under Windows Xp.

I´d like to map throttle and other keystrokes to the other Buttons
of my logitech attack 3.

I wonder how i wold make myself a custom joy.map File that would work.
i just don´t understand the syntax of the thing (couldn´t find docu anywhere)

i tried the 4Button Joystick support that vdmsound offers, but it wouldn´t
help.

thanks

dos only knows 4 buttons; some flight sims allow for combinations of buttons to represent diferent functions, and vdmsound can map individual buttons from today's 40-button joysticks to emulated DOS 4-button combinations. if your app doesn't support this then you need a joy2key-like app.
