Hi there
I am interested in installing a EVGA GT 730 Low Profile on an HP Pro 6000 SFF with power supply 240w, according to the manual for the motherboard pci-e provides 35W of power, several websites of online stores place that has a consumption 38w = TDP, I have consulted with the support of EVGA and tell me that the DDR3 version consume 23w and 25w consumes DDR5 version, both 64bit.
The power source can not be changed because it has been manufactured specifically for the type of motherboard that utilzan the series Pro and Elite SFF
It has a degree of efficiency of 89%
+ 12.1VMain = 14.0A
+ 12.1Vcpu = 12.0A
In both a maximum of 20A
By this I consider myself supports the demands of the GT730 in the rail + 12v power supply 20A.
On the website of EVGA does not refer to a consumption of 25W, therefore the data optube the 25w from EVGA chat technical support.
I found a forum that has been installed GT730 64bit DDR3 02g-p3-1733-kr and has given no problems, but I would like to install the DDR5 version.
The question is, Has anyone installed the card or other GT730 DDR5 version of another assembly plant in a SFF hp machine with power 240w
