I've gotten my tandy 1000tx almost finished, but it would be nice to have the original boot disks recreated in all their glory.

I've not had any luck so far.

I looked up some lo-res pics in Google and as I have some typographic education I immediately noticed that the font used is the famous Helvetica, so I just tried to recreate it. It took only about five minutes, but maybe it will be sufficient for you. It should be 70x52 mm with rounded corners.

That looks great.

Could you mock one up for MS-DOS 3.2? I couldn't find any example of that online, low-res or not...

I tried to recreate something suitable.
