A new version of the throttle utility has been released recently http://www.oldskool.org/pc/throttle/DOS
Now i've got some questions for you guys since it hasn't worked for me on a tx board, winthrottle doesn't work either on an ali aladdin V board, gives a runtime error.
So does throttle need acpi bios support? Does it need an atx psu? I need to know becouse i'm planning another build. Thanks in advance.
