Anyone know where to find IE2 for Win 3.11? According to wiki, it was freeware and a version existed for Win 3.11. The setup file listed on oldversion.com will not install, so it is probably not for Win 3.11.

I am looking for IE2 only to test out the speed of internet browsers from around 1995-1996 on Win 3.11 using a Ti 486SXL

Thanks, but unfortunately, that is the same file located on oldversion.com. It won't install.
