I am new to the Gotek and want to install in my Turbo XT. I have read several thread but need help with the basics and do not have much free time. I only wish to emulate 720 & 360k drives, and will only have this one drive in the system. Right now I am unable to get the drive recognized. Floppy controller is good tested with actual drive(s). I suspect I just need to get the Gotek properly configured.

Thanks for any quick tips anyone has to offer.

Well im not sure but i think that gotek floppy emulator only emulate 1.44mb FDD

Is your Gotek flashed with the HxC firmware?

Yes, I purchased it pre-flashed, should be ready to go.

There is a new video by 8bit guy that refers to GOTEK. Typical GOTEK is only 1.44mb. There are, however, also 720kb versions.

All HxC flashed Goteks can do both 1.44MB and 720kB (and a lot of other formats besides).

The hxcfiles.zip worked. Seems to be working well now. The manager is quite genius.
