It's on a tandy 1000TL motherboard, and appears to be connected to the parallel printer card-edge port.

No markings on it beyond what appears to be "GNE" and some odd three-circle pattern which might be a misprinted identifier.

I'm assuming if it's a clock crystal for the printer port it's possibly a standard/known frequency.
