I'd be inclined to suggest a good ol' Voodoo2, which should handle Direct3D nicely.

Well i mentioned that i'm installed WfW 3.11 but i'm not getting any sound with it, what should i do to make the WfW 3.11 work with my AWE64?

As for file transfer, you may want to consider the Microsoft Networking Client or mTCP.

Yeah i downloaded the whole AWE64 disk and installed with windows 3.11 installer.
I dont really need networking on my MS-DOS/WfW3.11, im happy booting to Windows 98 when i have any kind of need to gather some file from my network share.
I have found one Voodoo 2 for a price equivalent to US$45 is it a good price?

I'm not sure what you're expecting at this point. Does the card work normally in DOS? Are you getting any error messages?

That all depends on how much you're willing to spend and how much time you're willing to spend looking. I for one have no idea what the market for Voodoo2 cards is like in Brazil, or how difficult it is for someone on eBay to ship you something.

Keep in mind that you'll need a VGA passthrough cable, unless you want to constantly reach behind your PC and unplug your monitor cable every time you play a 3D game.

Early i had downloaded the awe drivers but it came corrupted, it worked in DOS but on Windows 3.11 the driver refused to work, then i downloaded the whole driver disk and it worked.

About the voodoo it has the passthrough cable, but the card itself isnt one critical thing , it was just one idea of upgrade.
