What sort of issues have cropped up? Have you found any compatibility issues with XT-class software?
I'm gradually piecing mine together (starting with FDC and VGA card.)
I plan on building one in the future. I have pretty much all the ICs required but will need to get the PCB, solder, get a backplane, test etc.
I actually plan on building his OPL2 clone first. I have the PCB already and am waiting on some YM3812 and DAC chips that are on a slowboat from China.

I had planned to get one to build then the great n8vem upheaval triggered and everything got moved and some pages didnt come back on the wiki etc and I have not gone back around to see how things are yet.
