Hello, guys - I wanted to ask you an advice about a problem that I think has struck at least once you too: I have more than one device, such as gamepads, mice, etc. - which have that annoying outer rubber coating that eventually becomes sticky and filthy... have you any process in mind to clean or remove it completely?

When I've encountered that I've used isopropyl alcohol to remove the rotten coating completely from the plastic surface.

Same here. Use the strongest rubbing alcohol you can find. 99%, if you can get it. Use a cloth rag and get ready for a workout. Even though it's all gunked up and sticky, it still takes awhile to get it all off.

The first time I encountered this mess, I thought that somebody had spilled a soda and never wiped it up. However, it takes alot more effort to clean this crap off.
