Bought one today on eBay and have been scrounging around on the net for info but there doesn't appear to be much out there so I am wondering if anyone here uses one or has used one in the past knows how it matches up against other cards. Is it compatible with most games and if so how is the quality?

I have one I found at a swap meet installed in my Pentium 66 but I haven't gotten around to using it much though. supposedly the sound quality is better then the SB16 and many late DOS games natively support it. its sb emulation is supposed to be good as well.
