I have some question related to Turtle Beach Tropez classic.

I previously denied to buy one such card, as I noticed something that I took for DIY trace repair - in the front of the card there is some wire jumper going from R19 to C47.

Now I see another offer fot TB Tropez and it has the same wire jumper...

My question is: does anybody know if this is a genuine TB solution? Or maybe it's some common modification that any TB Tropez owner did at the time?
I would actually expect something like this after the company left non-functional wave blaster header on Maui...
